This is the Procomm Spider antenna its cheap and comes with a 50ft cable and mounting bracket. I have had this antenna for years and for me it did pretty decent. Like I said it is cheap and you basically pinch metal rods into a plastic sleeve between the metal washer & the mount. I had this thing outside for the past few years and it held up to the weather pretty good until recently. I found one of its metal rods in my yard so I had to climb up and fix it. All in all its a decent cheap antenna but I would go for a discone instead.
